Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new image disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying various sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
More materials made public as part of the current congressional release.
